If someone can give me some advice on a way to get this wing to lay down it would be appreciated or maybe some other wing material that will serve the same purpose.

I'm sure your right Mike. This was a solid piece of silicone so glues are out of the question..

try a "tent" wing dick.i think it is made from a large turkey feather.sure you can find some info on line.see dave's hopper also for the wing your looking for.awesome body on that hopper
