Thanks Slip .These work well on short casts with spinning Rod/2 lb.test on the aggressive Red Breasted Sunfish in the small streams .I'd like to introduce them to nice sized Bluegills if I can find them somewhere!

I use bad thread too , gotta get tougher gauge thread .This is old sewing thread .Not good .

haha Carl, they need to be refined by you, Dick and Allen .I am a bad tier but the fish forgive me .The materials however are good .The Jay feathers are small and result in a ragged  look but are matched well with rabbit fur for the belly . The Jesse feathers are more full bodied and are easier to work with and look better to me .I need to keep working these two examples that have produced in the past ;especially on Red Breasted Sunfish in a few small streams I like to visit .
