Thanks Angelo I downsized for bluegills but I know that don't mean a smallie won't hit it it is a primary smallie food that's for sure and that would be a bonus I guess for the 2 weight. Wow just thinking about a smallie on the 2 weight give me chilllllllllllllllllls.
HEY DICK THESE ARE AWESOME BUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!! THINK you got this pattern down buddy and sticking with it till you are happy is to much for alot of tiers Dick, GREAT JOB BUDDY....
if the fish dont hit them dicky just send them to me!
Very nice Dick, A great choice for some nice Smallies here
Pheasant tail and dubbing + the a lead hour glass eye.
Are you using elk hair with brown dubbing and a UV chenille? I'm serious when I say you're mastering it. This is an ultimate fish magnet.
Leo I can tell you the first one took over an hour a long time for a fly that's only an inch and a half long. Got it down to about 20 minutes and they are starting to look better but still a ways to go. I would like to get it down to 10 to 15 minutes and obtain better craftsmanship. I Don't know how they will hold up with fish chewing on it I guess that will be coming this spring. Thanks Leo
WOW DICK!! Look at your craftmanship!
looking good Dick!
I hope so Bill, I'll be putting them through there paces see if they are weak in any way don't wont them falling apart after catching a fish or 2 provided they do catch fish and I think they will all fish love crawdads so if I should happen to fine a weak area I can make any necessary to it. Again thanks
