No--I thought you were mad at me.

I was taking it off once you saw it anyways.

That's Abigail when she was three. There was only about 5 inches of snow. I think that was the first snow we got in 2007.

    Howdy Cobey,

My name is Mike and I live in Central Florida in AvonPark and I love flyrodding for cracks, gills, and crappie with a flyrod as well. Grew up fishing the Everglades and now include central Florida waters as well since that's where I now live.

I don't find many around my local area that enjoy the same. Just wanted to drop a line and say hey!

I have property in Compass Lakes on McCormick Lake in Jackson County with a boat ramp. Next time I visit the property, might I drop you a line to maybe toss some flies with you in your woods or you come over to McCormick Lake. I didn't look up your hometown to see how close it was.

when your on turn up your chat volume. this is what you do, go to the top of the page, click chat on the right (its on the menue bar) then when you get there put up the volume which is next to the smilie face, and the computer volume because the beep is very soft. this is because if someone trys to talk to you the chat volume is on mute. if you want to talk to someon just copy and paste this message.

    Hi Cobey,
I'm from S.E. Al. Just found you. Read your discussion on river fishing from last spring just now. I guess I must fear moving water because I only fish ponds and small lakes. I did see where Mayo sent you a link for Escambia County Lake in Alabama. I tried it a few times last spring but never found the big ones. Don't tell anybody 'cause I'm pretty sure they're there.

I called a buddy from Florala. AL who I knew fished that neck of the woods a lot. He said that lake was good but he likes Hurricane Lake better. I haven't been there but may try it this coming spring. It is in Florida about 8 miles S.E of Escambia County Lake in ALabama and about 16 miles N.W of Crestview. I found it on Google Earth. He also said it was a real good bass lake.

If you find some good still water bluegill fishing, clue me in. Have Pole, Will Travel.
