OH NO JEFFREY YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME it's Old Al the Woodman is the one ya gotta worry about!!!!!!
To find treasured spots like this in California? I think you have to sacrifice a bit of your soul to get something like this.
jeff; your not going to take tooty there are you? he will fish it out!
UNBELIEVABLE SIR JEFFREY, WHAT A SPOT. I KNOW AL AND I WILL SURELY BE LOOKING FOR A SPOT TO BE A SQUATTER AT !!!!!!!!! MAN would I like to live down there instead of these ETERENAL CORN FIELDS.......
I fish hundreds of spots like this downed gum tree from Hurricane Irene......it was nearly 100 feet tall and it dropped in ten feet of water.....Only been here a couple years and it regularly holds nice fish already.........Lots of times I ride around and just fish the "reefs" as I call them......great results including numbers and quality....
THANKS JEFFREY and glad you joined. Ya know I was just thinking the other day when I was going through my pics that there wasn't any group on here that spoke to the idea of fishing heavy cover for gills and that's how it started buddy. I knew you and me both fish this way and suspected others must too , so here we are.
Good time of year too for this cause I know what kind of researcher you are and take lots of pics of heavy cover and am relying on your expertise in this group largely .
THANKS BUDDY ON THE FUTURE INPUT......
Big bluegill like the jungle when they can find it.....submerged cover is almost always present in the tidal waters of Northeast N.C. in locations that I'm most successful. I will share some tactics and things to consider that have helped me dig out some trophy "lumberjack" gills.....Looking forward to the members inputs to this group as fishing heavy cover gills is almost a day to day occurence for me...Good idea Tooty...thanks for the invite!
HEY MARK & MIKE WWWWWWWWWELCOME TO MY NEW GROUP and hope all will enjoy it and we should start having comments soon . I'm looking forward to everyones input because I know Al and I can't be the only ones fishing heavy cover for gills..........
LOL I can only imagine. However, I don't think I'll be able to lug that suit very far, since the refrigerator may have too much stuff in it to be mobile very effectively.
Yup Leo and want to see your suit in particular. I know it will have every item on it imaginable !!!!!!!
