<p>In my experience Bruce they feed better at night when the water cools usually in a body of water that is land locked and the water gets in the 80s 90s range the oxygen depletes and they will go deep or find a natural spring in the lake somewhere. Here in VA. I have seen aerators installed for that very reason no o2 will spawn a fish kill that can devastate a lake especially if there are stripers in it. Gills and bass are hearty fish and can survive when others wont. I would try going out at…</p>
