<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Lucida Console';">I was down to my last fly the other day and I had to come up with something quick so that night with the available materials I had I tied this up.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> I used <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the bait the following day, the day before the full Moon and did very well with <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> then tagged a Master Angler couple days later.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Lucida Console';">I believe the combination fly and waxie tip excites the bluegill more than a plain hook and live bait. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A dry fly combination with nite crawler bits proves to be heavy on the hook. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The dry fly GULP waxie combination undulates and dances in the water current around the split shot underneath the slip float…<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> Drives them crazy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> There are days that my buddy earl will out fish me with live bait.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> The two methods have proven to be close in fish production so I choose the artificial bait every time.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> It’ Just my thing.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> The GULP waxies is a bit more buoyant in the water than a nite crawler bit.</span></p>
