<p>Puahahahahahaah!! Used to have such a high metabolic rates. Now, I make sure to work my butt of to burn the weight I pack on. My family love eating, and my wife and I love cooking. We sure don't like to be out of shape, and are quite active.</p>

<p>I bought a really cheap unit. Honestly, the burner is decent for the money; I've never had an issue with it tipping. I want to upgrade the pot, though, as the one that came with it is rather thin.</p>
<p>In all honesty, if you want a really good fryer, find a restaurant that's going out of business, and try to buy one of their fryers from them. You'll have to have the Gas company put a commercial gas line in (not sure what kind of permits will be required for that. If it's electric,…</p>

LOFR I had one almost identical to yours!!! I had 2 doors instead of 1 and 2 stacks incase it got too hot I could open the stack above the fire to let the heat out quickly!!! Im building a new fish cooker and burner as we speak!!! Will put up some pics when its done!!!
