<p>I've had caviar before. I haven't tried cooking fish eggs that I harvest. I used to work with a guy that mixes fish eggs in with his scrambled eggs.</p>

<p>I've eaten Yellow Perch roe cooked on the grill while still fishing for them on the ice .I've eaten eggs fresh out of a Lake Trout just after being caught while still in a boat in the North west Territories ,but I've never eaten Bluegill eggs .I'll have to try it sometime!</p>
