<p>You just have to try the line, cast and see what works best. That's how it used to be done. I'd start with a 6 wt line if it's fiberglass. My 6/7 wt Phillipson casts much better with 7wt than anything. 6 wt hardly loads it. 7wt it loads and shoots to the moon.</p>
